NEBS PAYweb.ca

Hi there,
February I was referred to use NEBS PAYweb from *** Perhaps it wasn't explained to me well enough Or perhaps it was too complicated for me to pick-up System wasn't that user-friendly Also it wasn't compatible w/ *** for my ***
I ended up missing the cut-off date to submit our hours :/
I also had some difficulty contacting my PAYweb agent She was SUPER nice though:)
The next time around I was on time getting all of our hours in, which is like a few days before payroll They have an option of a 'push' or 'pull' to process payroll from a business bank account Well I didn't fully understand this concept and so we missed our payroll Again
Now that I am going over my payroll from PAYweb later on, I see that they did not actually deduct CPP properly from my employees I am not too sure why This is creating me a bit of a headache now Hopefully they fix this up
