Review: The sectional sofa that I purchased over a month ago was delivered with legs for half of the sofa. Also the bottom of half of the sofa was delivered torn. I notified the delivery driver of the defective sofa minutes after they delivered it and I also notified the store the next day. They have been promising to correct the defective sofa since then. They have a no refund police posted in the store and also advertise price matching on the website but they have the same sectional listed for $999.00. I paid $1100.00 for that sofa. Its on several other web sites for $599.00.Desired Settlement: I would like to have legs for the sectional that I paid for and for them to fix the repair needed with a partial refund, or a full refund and they can come and get sofa a give me my money back.

Yes, the sectional came in without 4 legs. We reached out to manufacturer and they subsequently put an order in for the legs. We received the legs on 12/29/2015 and reached out to customer to deliver on 12/31/2015. I do understand that it took longer than expected but with the holidays the furniture business is pretty hectic. All of which is beyond our control. We always aim t satisfy our customers. As for the same sectional being available on our website for less and it being less other places, there are similar sectionals out there. The one that was purchased was priced right, the one on our website is a totally different model and smaller.
