We have received this correspondence from Mrs***, "Desired Settlement:
Discuss this inappropriate behavior on part of there managerThis is totally
unacceptable." I
was first made aware of her complaint Saturday night (the 19th).
Sunday we made our initial effort to contact a few members from the
various groups who were meeting at our restaurant to celebrate the
birthdays of two co-workersI was able to reach a few people but have
been unable to contact Mrs***. Mrs*** has
made a request with this dispute that we discuss the inappropriate
behavior of our managerPrior to her request I had already addressed
this issue in-houseIn light of her request I will revisit it again
Also at this time I have sent out a personal letter to the girls who
were unable to celebrate their birthday after this incident. My
personal and work contact information are included in the letter along
with a gift card. The gift card was included as compensation to cover
the next visit for these ladies if they decide to try our restaurant
again, and we hope they do
