Neckology

I ordered a neck massager from this company. The directions are poor and I cannot get it to work. I contacted the company through the website and have had nothing but frustration. I am being told that I have to send them a video in order for me to be able to return the product. I am 70 years old and do not know how to "send a video". This is prejudicial mistreatment of my generation. The communication is VERY POOR and they reply with the same few sentences and WILL NOT accept my return. Very, soon, the 30 day return window will expire and I am sure that will be the next reason that they will not accept the return and credit my credit card.
BUYER BEWARE!!
This is an unscrupulous company, likely foreign based because their language and sentence structure is extremely poor, likely out to scalp Americans.
