I really feel RIPPED OFF!
this is a scam
I checked my rebate status today to find it is listed as PAID! I have never received it! I am trying to find a way to express this to the proper people but the site is totally vague and avoids the opportunity to communicate in any form. What can be done? I'm extremely frustrated as I, too, spent a large amount of money to be eligible for the rebate. I am going to check with the company where I purchased items as well, to let them know this feels like a scam! I get to express concerns here, but where does it go?
Same. Submitted all required information and they are saying that is not enough. I have provided the purchase order and the proof of payment. There is nothing else to provide. Cannot talk to a real person. Complete scam and phony organization.
I believe this is a SCAM to discourage people to forget about the rebate. NECO website was unavailable for 27 consecutive days. I called the company and asked them to just take the info and submit it and they said they could not. I told them that them about their website problem and he said try again. I contacted LG and they said to call NECO and one could not respond to LG's email address which they say is for correspondence going out but not in..
I feel that the company that we purchased from should take care of this since they have all the information and could do it in bulk and are in way for advertising a rebate if you buy from them.
Maybe we should go all go on Twitter and Facebook and tell everyone the frustrations and the lack of receiving rebates that these companies are advertising.
Filed for a rebate on line. was told rebate card was sent, NEVER RECEIVED IT! I am finding no help on line, and no phone # . NOT HAPPY. If anyone can provide me with a contact # I will call and give them any information they need so that I can get my rebate. I find this to be false advertising from the company we bought the product from and from the product manufacturer.
Purchased new appliance early November 2017 and completed all rebate requirements and submitted claim November 20, 2017.
Well, you guessed it, like several others I'm still waiting for my $100 rebate that was promised, and still waiting for ANY reply communication from this scam outfit, no emails have been answered...good luck trying to obtain a phone number so you can talk to a real person...count me in for a class action lawsuit...
