Let me just list the reasons I took the time out to complain about NectarSleep to the Revdex.com. Here is a direct quote from their site: "Return for an entire year as easily as sending an email."
1) As stated by others, everything was for a split king setup was shipped separately and not in a timely manner.
2) I called the customer service phone number on their website but was redirected to contact them via email or chat. Talk about misleading customers...
3) I tried to return my mattress after 3 weeks and was told I had to wait until the 30 day "trial" period was over.
4) I insisted on "returning" the bed frames that were suppose to have shipped a few weeks before and I was still waiting for them to ship when I cancelled. At that time they told me they couldn't guarantee that the warehouse wouldn't still ship them. Don't you know it, 5 days AFTER I forced them to cancel the frame order, the frames shipped. One was refused at the door, because, they both shipped at the same time according to Nectar but the scheduled delivery dates were 1 week apart, and the other is still in transit.
5) i'm now waiting for a refund on frames that were cancelled on July 30th... and today is Aug 13th.
6) Terrible company to work with - they seem to use stall tactics when you want to return or cancel an order.
Future buyers beware!

After seeing all these complaints I am not surprised as I had the same exact situation with the crappy company!! I placed my order on May 30th for the mattress bundle and bed foundation. Everything was shipped separate. The foundation never came. Said would be shipped by June 27th and nothing whole month of July. After multiple back and forth emails with someone different in customer service each time they refunded me $75 on July 24. They told me the created a new shipping label and gave me tracking number thru fed ex. Sat in fed ex for another 1 untouched. Complained to Nectar again again and the refunded me $50. After another week I told them I want my full refund on the foundation of $256. They said they would only refund me $125. I complained to them that the $75 and $50 was for my inconvenience these 3 and half months of sleeping in the floor waiting for the rest of the bed I ordered 3 months ago! They never told me these refunds would come off the original price of the foundation I never received!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR BED DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!!!

I bought the Nectar mattress because of the generous, hassle free return policy they boast about on their website and in their ads.

I have a bad back and although I've never returned a mattress before I wanted to make sure I could if it wasn't supportive enough. Well, the Nectar is way too soft and it exacerbated my lower back pain exponentially. I gave it two weeks to see if my back would adjust but after two weeks I could hardly walk in the morning. I had to wait for a few hours before I could make the bed because my back was so stiff.

So, I went to the website to process my return. It has been a horrendous process.

You can chat or email, but not call for a return or support. So, I chose chat. I went through three chat sessions I've been disconnected on several times and had to 'restart' the return claim process. By the fourth disconnect, I searched the web to find a phone number. I had to dig deep into comments on other sites but I found one: eight eight eight eight six three two eight two seven! I've been on the phone, taking photo after photo of the mattress, the tags, all four corners etc. and emailing them to the service reps. Every time, they want a new picture, different view etc. I've lost HOURS of my time. Currently, they are telling me they can't process it because they need a picture of the tags on the mattress. I've sent them pictures of both white tags on the mattress and the blue Nectar tag. They are still fighting the returnthey insist there is another white tag. NOPE. I took pictures of all the tags. Also, the tags are allowed to be removed by the consumer so are they seriously suggesting that if the tag wasn't on the mattress I wouldn't be eligible for the return?

Thankfully, I didn't remove the tags but they seem to be doing everything they can to get me to be so frustrated with process that I give up and they don't have to refund my money. I WOULD NOT recommend Nectar Sleep beds at all, based on the return process alone. Ridiculous.

Oh, I was just informed that if they do approve a return, you have to wait to have it picked up by the organization of their choice or you have to take it to a donation site yourself and get a "letter" stating it was returned and then send them the letter with another form and they will review to see if they should issue a refund. I'm going to request their organization of choice because I don't want to risk them saying I didn't choose an eligible organization. Also, what you if you don't have a truck to transport the mattress to a donation organization? What a hassle. This was not a simple, easy, no hassle return at all. I do not recommend a Nectar mattress.

Nectar is the most frustrating company to deal with. I never received my order after 2 months and repeatedly tried to cancel the order so I could get a refund and order something else. They continually told me they had sent a cancellation request to their warehouse and were waiting for the response. Finally I was forced to file a dispute with my bank on the charges and suddenly they were able to ship my product. So then it arrived damaged and the bed base doesn't work but they won't help me due to my dispute, which I would be willing to cancel if I had a working product! What a nightmare! Do not order from nectar unless you want to go through such a terrible consumer experience.

I ordered a mattress and bed frame set a month ago. Mattresses arrived 3 weeks ago, but the bed frames have not shipped yet. Order # XXXXXXX. I paid $600 for shipping to Hawaii, and I believe since I am paying for shipping (free shipping to continental US) I should have my order expedited. Originally when purchased, the website said it would ship within 7-14 days; it has now been a month since I ordered, and the bed frames have STILL not shipped. They blame Covid, but I've never had an issue that took this long.

Desired Outcome

I just want the bedframes shipped. I already have the two mattresses sitting in my living room with nowhere to put them. I can't throw out my old bed, so I have this two large boxes just taking up all this space. SHIP THE BEDFRAMES ALREADY!!! I've waited over 10 hours to "chat" with customer support, and they tell me the same thing everytime: you will get an email when it ships, we are sorry. They credited me back $50 for the order, but honestly, I don't think I should even pay for the shipping at this point. But again, I don't care about the money, I just want to be able to use the bed I paid for A MONTH AGO.
