Review: After Sandy last year I ordered several doors from [redacted] at Ned Sickles. It took M O N T H S for them to arrive. I was understanding of the delay due to the storm issues. One door was between my garage and house. After the installer removed the door that had been in place by reducing it to splinters, he realized he had ordered the wrong door for me. It opened on the wrong side. He promised that he would immediately order the correct door and have it replaced. Everyone makes mistakes now and then so I went along with it. I would have preferred to have my regular door put back in place because I'm handicapped and having to enter from the other side is difficult for me. [redacted] wasted no time in charging my credit card for the full amount in spite of the problem This was back in January 2013. In the following months I have been told by [redacted] that there was another backorder situation. This was starting to not sound true since it seems to be his favorite excuse. Then his installer retired. Now he just ignores me. This man is not to be trusted. His business seems thrive on fleecing customers.Desired Settlement: I will not deal with this man any longer. I want a full refund so I can order a replacement from a reputable dealer.
