My wife and I are in the market for a home in eastern North Carolina and have stumbled upon *** T***, but can't access any photos on him on any of the major search websitesIs a little alarming at first but gave him the benefit of the doubtI initially was interested in a home located at *** *** drive, but my wife contacted *** to show me one of his properties located at *** *** driveAfter doing a little research it showed that was still available for sale, but *** sold us against not only the property but against his fellow real estate agents in that area trying to get us to buy one of his listings instead of one of theirsHis main phrase was put it on paper with no evidence on the property and a lack of communication on his part about his own listingsI reached out to the owner of one of his listings just to see what we had offered them match up to what he had told them but it didn'tLong story short we had wanted to offer the owner of the house list price until the owner and *** wanted more earnest money than originally agreed on and then the threats started from *** T***I don't know you be the judgeI have this email and it is a direct quote from him it reads"It has come to my attention that you have called Mrs*** Do not ever call her again she is years old and does not need to be bothered with this at all but is not the way this works!
