As Autotopia is well aware, and as detailed in my complaint, Autotopia agreed they would cover the repair as the issue was not mentioned at purchase - hence why they tried to send some cheap Craigslist "mechanic" to fix it at their costI see they also conveniently neglected to mention the issue of the stereo speakers cutting outI will be telling the story of my terrible experience to anyone who will listen and will be sure to prevent anyone I can from ever giving Autotopia any money
This Nissan was sold "as is" and the customer declined to purchase an extended service contractWe realize this purchase is still covered by the Arizona implied warranty of merchantability, AZ statute 44-Unfortunately the issue the customer is having with the power window motor is not considered a "major component" that limits the vehicles ability to be driven safely.?
