Need a Car

I bought my car just over year and go and in the
first 2 week had issue with oil line, was fix at no cost but when I ask for a copy of the repair they said isn't one. When back year later as I wanted to trade it in as the car was to big for me.
When I want down there to sit down, sat there for like 30 min well Sean work on other thing to tell be some basic info and we need to wait to hear back the loaner. After over 10 email and one the was send over month ago and still no answer. I will never use this place again and will tell people.
