Review: Received the order and got the wrong bulbs. Sent the bulbs back received a notice the company had got the items back and have not received the refund in the amount of $104.58aDesired Settlement: Credit the credit card back.

Review: I ordered a dozen halogen bulbs in January 2013. They were not delivered until repeated phone calls to ###-###-####, since disconnected. They finally delivered the bulbs in May. Four of them were defective in that the screw pattern was squashed together so the bulb could not be scrwed in. I called and they said they wold send a credit my credit card which they never did. Now four other bulbs have failed which should have lasted 1-2 years. There is not phone to call them on now.Desired Settlement: I have since googled this company and I have read numerous reports of the same kind of poor service, failed products and failure to make refunds. I want a check sent to me for the 8bulbs that were defective or that failed. Approximately $40.

Review: Order product May *, 2013 from Needabulb.com. Total payment was $34.77. Never received the product. Upon checking with UPS and shipment number, UPS states it was waiting delivery of product to them to establish delivery date. I have call needabulb help line at least a dozen times. At first, the help line would always roll over to voice mail to leave message and they would reply back - never did. Now, when called, rely is voice mail full. Have sent two e-mails to needabuld e-mail address and have received no reply back. Are they still business?Desired Settlement: Either notification of delivery of order, or refund of product cost. Review: I ordered, online, from Needabulb.com, owned by this company, a floor lamp on 2/**/13, order #[redacted]. After not receiving the lamp in a reasonable time, I canceled the order on 3/**/13. At that time, Needabulb (hereinafter Need) emailed me back to say it had shipped. I was furious as Need clearly shipped only in response to my cancellation. I received the lamp on 3/**/13. It was defective in that the one piece of metal (for the upright from the base) was discolored. The quality was poor. On 3/**/13 I emailed the customer service woman again, [redacted], and told her I wanted to return it. She said she would get me the necessary Return Merchandise Authorization from their vendor. Finally I got the authorization and mailed the lamp back to the company on 4/**/13. I have a signed receipt of acceptance. I am still waiting for my refund of $137.98 and [redacted] is now not returning my weekly emails after having emailed me on 5/**/13 informing me that she would personally walk the refund request "over to accounting to get this done ASAP Monday morning". She asked me to confirm my address so she could send me the refund check. I did so. I have not received the check nor any reason why not. Hence this complaint. It has been more than four months since I ordered this product and I am still out $137.98.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $137.98 ASAP, preferably to my debit card so that a check won't bounce. Thank you. Price of lamp was $125.44, shipping was $12.54 for a total of $137.98.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT [redacted] TOLD ME THAT HER WAREHOUSE WAS DESTROYED AS A RESULT OF THE STORM SANDY. THE ITEM WAS NOT SHIPPED FROM AZ BUT YOU LEFT NO OTHER OPTIONS FOR ME (SEE PAGE 1). [redacted] IS AT [redacted]. MY RESEARCH SHOWS THAT BY [redacted] IS OWNED BY THE LLC [redacted].

Review: Two orders for light bulbs were placed online on 12/**/2012 and 1/*/2013. On 1/**/2013 I sent an email inquiring on the status of the orders. I received an email on 2/*/13 stating the light bulbs were discontinued and I would be issued a full refund to the credit card used. On 3/**/13 I send an email stating that I have not received the refund. On 4/**/2013 I sent an email stating that I have not received the refund. On 4/**/2013 I received an email asking for who and where a check could be made out to because the orders were to old to refund back to the credit card. I emailed the needed information back to them on 4/**/2013. On 5/**,5/**,and 5/**/2013 I send an email stating I have not received the refund check.Desired Settlement: To be refunded for the two orders placed.

Review: I ordered a plant stand through this website on April **,2013. As of August *, 2013 I still have not received it. My initial inquiries in May and early June were answered with statements that there were delays due to switching gateways and servers and that I should be "patient". More recent emails have not been answered and I still don't have my merchandise. I also requested a refund and have not received any responses to my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my total change of $44.80.

Review: on march ** 2013 I purchased an item from need a bulb . com, they imediately charged my account, and sent a confirmation email to me. I never received a shipping confirmation email, after several unanswered phone calls, and unanswered emails, I finally was able to get thru to them. at this time they told me supplier was on vacation, and itenm would not be shipped until they returned the following week. After a week I contacted them again and was told the item was out of stock and would not be available until the end of may, at that time I canceled the order and requested a refund which I was told would be sent. this was around the second week of April, several attempts have been made to contact them again, all with no response. they no longer have an active phone # listed. they have ignored all emails I have sent. I did receive one email from them on may [redacted] saying they would refund my $. have heard nothing from them since. nor have I received my refund of $151.00Desired Settlement: full refund for an item that was out of stock then later no longer available for which I was charged for before they even checked availability

Review: Order placed with Needabulb.com on their website for CFL lightbulbs on 5/**/2013 order number [redacted]. They charged my credit card for the purchase of the lightbulbs for $142.30. On 5/**/2013 I received an email from the company stating that the items ordered should ship in 24-48 hours. I have not received the items ordered as of 6/**/2013. The company has no working phone number listed. I have tried sending them several emails and they do not respond.Desired Settlement: Cancel order and refund my card.
