I received a tetanus shot in March I confirmed with the receptionist after receiving the shot that total cost for my visit (the vaccine and the administration of the vaccine) was $68, which I paid in full at the end of my visit I received a bill a few weeks later stating that I have an outstanding balance of $ Upon calling to get this corrected, I was informed that there is no way they would have told me the total balance was $and I must have elected to only pay part of my bill at the time of the visit Not true It is unacceptable that I would receive a service, pay for it in full, and receive a bill later because the business decided after the fact to change the cost of the service
