I had a DR appointment with them and they temporarily moved there office to ***. *** is not convenient. I called them (I think twice) to cancel and the phone just rang and rang. Then a month later I got a bill for $75 for missed appt. I wrote them a letter explaining situation and I continue to receive bill. I am worried this is going to go into collections.
