Ordered over two months ago, no item. Asked for a refund, was refused. Then was given a fake tracking number (no results). Company deleted bad reviews
I had ordered an embroidery kit April 14th, 2020. On the website, they mentioned delays due to COVID-19 and that it would take about 10-20 days for my item to arrive. I was fine with this and placed my order. After two months of waiting, I reached out to the company via social media with no response. It was then that I saw many bad reviews of the company of customers claiming to have never received their items. I then emailed the company asking for a refund and they refused, stating that it was just delayed. After a very long email correspondence, the company gave me a USPS tracking number saying that my item was in Atlanta, GA, however when I went to the USPS tracking site myself and entered the number, it said the tracking number didn't exist. After discovering the fake tracking information, I filed a dispute with my bank and am still awaiting resolution. This company is not legitimate and their customer service is horrible.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back.

Ordered a kit. 6 week delivery. The kit arrived with a torn monks cloth. Ordered a replacement. Took another 6 weeks. Opened the needle for the first time to realize the tip was bent and broke off after first use. 3 months. $40. All down the drain.

Buyer beware! Still waiting for order from May 7, 2020. Shipped from China and shipping update shows it is in NY on May 18th. I have heard nothing since. Today is June 17th. Checked on Facebook page and I'm not the only one still waiting for my package.

This company alleges that their return policy is easy if you're not satisfied with your product but that is not true at all! It's been a nightmare!
To begin my order was delayed by almost a month and when I reached out to cancel they informed me that it was too late as it had already been shipped but that I would be able to return it once I received it for a refund.

The issue with their return policy is that they are misleading customers into thinking they are located in Los Angeles when in fact they are asking customers to return the products their unsatisfied with internationally to China at the customers cost!

No where on there website do they mention that returns will need to be shipped internationally and the only address listed is a Los Angles one, where apparently they don't accept returns.

Correspondence on this matter has been frustrating and confusing.

Desired Outcome

I am happy to return my unwanted products for a full refund but I would like shipping to be covered by Needle Art Club if they expect me to ship to China. Or I will gladly ship my products for a full refund at my own cost if they will allow me to ship to the Los Angeles business address they have listed on their website as they are being misleading.

This is not a satisfactory solution as I have already received my order, so they are mistaken, it is not in transit. It was late however and that is precisely why I am wanting to process a return.

The return process is what I am having trouble with. They state that their return process is easy if you're not 100% satisfied but they are expecting customers to return items internationally, when the only listed address on their website is in Los Angeles. No where on their website do they mention that orders will need to be returned to China. If it had said that I would not have ordered from them. They are misleading people with only listing a US address.

As I wrote, I am happy to return my order to the address in Los Angeles on their website at my own cost for a refund for my order. However, if they expect shipment to China, I would like for them to provide a mailing label at their cost.

Or they can provide a refund of $163.96

Ordered on 4/20/20, still haven't received as of 6/4/20. No shipping updates.
I emailed to ask for shipping updates, almost every two weeks now, and their response has been "be patient". The tracking says it arrived in the US on 5/5/20 in Los Angeles, and now the company is saying it arrived in*** on 5/28/20. I've asked for a refund multiple times and was told no.

I would like a refund of my money; it is apparent to me that the delivery will not ever come.

On 4/3/20 I placed an online order for a Unicorn Punch Needle Kit through *** After completing the online order, I did not receive an email confirming the order however, payment for the order was processed through Paypal in amount of $40.98. The PayPal transaction description reflects the order was for the Unicorn Punch Needle Kit. The company listed on PayPal is not Needle Art Club, but instead is called *** According to their website, Needle Art Club is located in *** yet the PayPal transaction lists the company as a Chinese company. To date, I have not received my order, nor have I heard from anyone regarding my order despite several attempts to contact them. I have tried contacting the company via the email listed on their website. Additionally, I sent an email to the contact person listed in the transaction description on PayPal (***

Before that, the business never responded to any of my messages seeking an update on the status of my order. During the online "checkout" process, the shipping information indicates the item will be shipped within 2-3 business days and the customer will receive a notice when the item is shipped. After hearing nothing for two weeks after placing my order, I decided to attempt to contact the company. I reached out to them on three separate occasions via the email address listed on their website as well as through their "submit a message" form on their website. The business never responded to any of my emails. A simple response from the company would have gone a long way to easing my concerns and making me feel like a valued customer. The lack of any response from the company is what prompted me to contact the Revdex.com. Additionally, during my unsuccessful efforts to contact the company, I found it unusually difficult to determine the identity of the company responsible for fulfilling my order. The company's website lists their business location in Los Angeles, CA which leads a customer to believe they are a US based company. However, if a customer looks under the shipping information category on their website, it indicates items are shipped from China. When I finally received the item (after I registered my complaint with the Revdex.com), the return address on the package was from an unlisted company located in New York. This information should be transparent at the time of purchase. I think it is important for potential customers of Needle Art Club to be aware of issues surrounding this company so they do not have the same experience I had. I greatly appreciate the Revdex.com's quick response to my complaint and all their efforts to help resolve this issue.
