This Business doesn't even deserve a star! Like the previous reviews I also was scammed. I ordered a new needle stylus for my turntable in which the website said was compatible. It arrived and right away I new it was in no way compatible. I emailed the owner to make him aware that it was incorrect and I would be sending it back for a refund. I sent the package back with a detailed note that I was requesting a refund and no answer. Two weeks went by, no answer. I emailed again, no reply. Eventually a month, still no answer. When I tracked the package, the needle had arrived back to the seller a month prior, so I called. *** (Owner) picked up the phone, he was very rude the moment I said it was about a refund, and he was difficult while I was trying to spell my name so he could find my order, then abruptly hung up the phone saying I would get my refund by the end of the day. Guess what....its been two months & still no refund!! I have called numerous times since then, it usually goes straight to voicemail. I have left messages but no response. I took it up with my credit card and they give me a temporary refund until they can contact him with the dispute. The website states in business for 42 years.
Have not received a refund of $18.00.
Ordered needle from Needlefinder. He sent me wrong needle, sent needle back to him. He sent me another needle that was the wrong needle on 3/29/18 ticket # XXXXX. I sent a letter on 2/20/19 and the needle to Mr. at Needlefinder asking for a refund of $18. I had my nephew email him as well to receive my refund,but he will not answer email and I have yet to receive a refund. My nephew has sent him emails on March 13,2019. My nephew also called Mr. at Needlefinder on March 13,2019 and asked for a refund,but Mr. hung up on him. Have not received refund or heard from *** since then.
All I want is my refund of $18.

Thank you for help with this situation. I received my refund of $18 dollars today in the mail. Needlefinder has refunded my money. Again, thank you for help.

I ordered a record needle from them and had it shipped Priority Mail on the 12th of March and have not received it.
I tried to email them 3 times with no response.
My money back or delivery or both.
My experience went like this:
My 1st call to him, he was such a gentleman, professional, personable nice experience so I ordered my replacement stylus...
I phoned back in the afternoon for a request of a tracking #, when he ships, he agreed to do so but you could feel his cordialness dissipated significantly.
The replacement needle arrived and didnt fit properly when I called him back 3 times over the next 2 days, no answer & no return of my phone which I was extremely polite with him..
Not what I had hoped for.
It is unbelievable to me that *** has been in business this long. He was extremely rude to me and hung up on me three different times!! I sent a needle back to him that was incorrect and waited 2 months before getting a partial refund. Can't even give him a 1 star rating.
Gave my cartridge number and make received the wrong cartridge. Called and explained what happened . Sent the wrong one back and was told they saw the problem. Received another wrong needle. Took pictures of the old needle compared to wrong needle and a picture of the cartridge with the model number and sent the pictures with the wrong needle back and received the wrong needle again . Finally sent it back for a refund at the cost of my time , shipping envelopes.
