Buyer Beware
I will not order from Needleworker's Delight/Silkweaver EVER again. I ordered Aida cloth 6 months ago in May 2020. My credit card was charged but I did not receive my order. I enquired in July and was advised that the product comes from overseas and not in their control. After six months, my patience expired and I requested a refund. I did not receive a reply to my request until six days later, that my package has been shipped. Poor customer service. First and last order with this outfit.

Review: On 8/27/15 I purchased an item online from Needleworker's delight, at which time they deducted my Paypal account $32.95. The following day I contacted the business via email through their website inquiring when I should expect my item to ship. I did not receive a response until a full week later (9/4/15) at which time I was informed that the business was in the middle of a large move and they would have the item out as soon as possible. When I did not receive my item 6 days later (9/10/15) I again reached out via email asking when I could expect to receive this item. I was told that "this will be shipping". When I still hadn't received this item in another 6 days (9/16/15) I contacted them one last time via email explaining how frustrated I am that this item was to be used to create a baby blanket and I have now lost 3 weeks of stitching time, I would never have purchased this item if I thought that it would take this long to get. The reason I used this vendor was because they are located in the same state as I am and I thought I would receive it quickly. I explained that they should have put a disclaimer at the checkout or contacted me to let me know that shipping times would be longer than normal due to their move. I asked them to please send me a shipping confirmation and an ETA on this item as I would need to make other arrangements to obtain fabric elsewhere if the item would not be arriving by Friday 9/18/15. It has been 5 days since I sent that last email and have not been contacted back by anyone from this company. This company should be embarrassed and ashamed that they could not only NOT find the resources to get an item out to a customer in under a month, (especially since it doesn't even need to cross state lines) but also that their customer service, (or lack there of) is so poor that they find it acceptable to not have the respect to contact a customer that was depending on this item in a timely matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my item shipped to me immediately and quite honestly I'd like a refund as well as I have lost money by missing a deadline on the completion his item due to their incompetence.
