If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an unsatisfactory shoot with Ms. Rochester who decided to block me from all means of communicating with her (you'd think that after spending almost $800 on a shoot, you'd get some sort of decency and respect). As one of the previous reviews stated, her response time, communication and professionalism is subpar. If you want to buy more photos, good luck! You only get when she's in the mood to give you. She puts herself first, instead of the client, and it's unfortunate that a person with that much talent could be so condescending and rude. Word of advice: Get everything in writing (maybe even a contract) and if you're not happy with the results, be prepared for snotty attitude and all the reasons why it's your fault and not hers. She promotes herself first, the paying customer comes last...
Updating my review based on her response. Zero professionalism, which is what I experienced working with her. This is how she replies in emails too.
Let the record reflect, I was blocked by her…which left me no way to respond to her harsh emails or have any means to communicate with her directly to possibly rectify the dispute. However, after revisiting this post, I am reminded of the same lack of accountability and outright disrespect I received from Moneefah Rochester.
Again, I stand by my statement that Moneefah is truly a talented artist, but her attitude is BY FAR one of the worst I have ever experienced in my history of working with the general public…and after reading her disrespectful reply, it very much still is that way.
No one is jealous of you, no one is a shady, miserable, loser. I wrote one review under “NYC_helper”, because I spent $800 for your repulsive attitude and have every right to be upset at that.
Really a waste of a lot of money and talent.
This sounds like a personal problem. I don’t even know who you are yet you googled my name so that you could write a weird FAKE review that actually sounds like jealously and envy more than an actual “honest” consumer review. Save it. You’re a shady person that has no life leaving lies and fake reviews to try and mess up a reputation that you have no power to ruin. You’ve gotta he a pretty miserable person and a straight up loser to have all this time on your hands.
I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re the one responsible for all the other fraudulent B.S on this incredible site that doesn’t ask for proof.
Get a life and work on yourself, it’s clear you have mental health issues to be this much of a WEIRDO.
Neef Fresh/ Neef Rocher took my money for a shoot she was supposed to do and never followed through with the shoot. Do not work with her. You have been warned, you will lose your money.
I don’t even know you. You have provided NO proof. Something is mentally wrong with people like you that sit in the cut on social media looking for reasons to make anonymous reports about someone you never worked with before.
Don’t know your name, don’t know who you are, you have not provided ANY proof of payment.

Review: I booked a photo shoot with Neef Fresh Photography on March **, 2014. I asked [redacted] Rochester aka "Neef" up front if she was able to accommodate a studio photo shoot as I needed indoor professional photographs. She replied that she was able to accommodate it as she shares a studio with other "celebrity" photographers. Unfortunately, she cancelled my shoot, not once, but twice within a week due to a "scheduling conflict" with the studio. She knew that I was under a deadline to get the photographs done, and since she was unable to do the shoot I booked, she said that she would refund my money as soon as the studio refunded the deposit that she placed down to hold the studio space and supposedly it was them who went back on their word twice. I still haven't received my refund, and it's extremely unprofessional to withhold my money due to a "studio discrepancy" when she picked the studio and I never authorized or was informed that my money was being used for a studio deposit. Additionally, it's been a challenge to communicate with her even prior to the cancellations. She was not responsive to emails, did not even send me the studio address when we were scheduled to shoot, and when she finally did provide her phone number, I would receive answers to my basic questions (i.e. what time are we shooting?) until very late at night. I just recommend that anyone booking with her proceed with caution unless you want to end up like me with a late night text message saying my photo shoot is cancelled for the second time less than 12 hours before the shoot.Desired Settlement: I want my $275 payment to Neef Fresh Photography LLC refunded immediately.

Review: Back in December of 2012 I paid [redacted] 565.00 for a photo shoot that she never took of me. I contacted her via email and also text message to reschedule and 1 time she rescheduled and we still never was able to shoot. I have text messages ad emails of us going back and forth regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back from her and I wouldn't want to irk with her at all.
