Review: Store owner charged me for dress and shipping at time of purchase. Waited 3 weeks before they called me to say my dress was in and proceeded to tell me that she needed an extra $20 dollars to ship it to me since I'm not local. States that she cannot send out dress that she didn't charge me enough for the dress. It clearly is written on my receipt the purchase price of the dress, tax, and written underneath. "cost to ship to house $20.00." Store owner refusing to ship dress that I already paid for, is requesting that I come pick it up and will not give me my $20 back if I choose to do so. Told her that I wanted my money back and was going to return it she states "there is no return policy".Desired Settlement: Ship my dress in the mail promptly like I paid in advance for. It shouldn't be the customers issue if store owner made a mistake and admitted she made a mistake. Poor customer service all together
