I do understand the customers frustration however the policies seen on T.Vare for those companies and productsOur policy is final sale on hygienic items which the *** is considered a Hygienic itemOur signs are posted and stated clearly
at our cash desk, very visible to every customer as they are cashing out

The product is purchased not because of SHOWCASE but as a result of an ad on TV The product is the product and this is the first I have heard of a product not being treated the same because someone else is selling it Especially a bona fide business
I when I purchased the item I did not see your "clearly" displayed sign at the cash out The first time I saw the partially covered X sign was when I tried to return the itemWhy did your staff not say that the warranty here is not as per the TV as I called to ask if SHOWCASE sold the same item I saw advertised on TV Transparency would have stopped me from buying from SHOWCASEI am not going to repeat myself as you read my early complaintRemember NO sign at display item saying sale final, NO mention from your staff or cashier that sale was final; NO mention during sale process at all, and this was about a one hour decision time for my and my wife; ONLY time I saw final sale was on bill when I was returning *** I will settle for nothing less than a full refund, *** I am not asking for any more than to be treated as per my expectations from my initial call to your store to ascertain that you had the item ***
