Review: Company was called to fix upstairs air condition in my home. after inspection I was told a zone controlling panel in my garage was bad and needs to be replaced which will fix my upstairs air condition issue.after replacing panel still there was no air or very little air coming out of vents which was not enough to cool down rooms and other parts of upstairs. I was told because damper was non operational for some time give it a week it will gradually open if I keep using AC.after a week I should call him if air quantity remains same and does not increase then he will come and fix it or adjust it etc.After a week it was the same as first day. since then I been calling [redacted]) more than one timeon daily basis and left tens of messages/text messages but no response.one day I was successful [redacted]) pick up the phone and after arguing for some time he agreed to come next day to complete the job what he left incomplete if I pay him half of his daily wages which was 40 dollars. I agreed and took a day off and been waiting for him he never showed up nor he called.I called him couple to time that day before evening but not answer and since then I call him every day more than once but he is not responding to my calls and simply avoiding me. I am requesting either he comes and fix the problem or return my money 350 dollars what I paid to him to fix this issue.please help me out to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: Complete work as promised or Refund.

I am rejecting this response because: it's baseless and bias. Truth is, my garage has been disfigured and have six holes in it and it's been over six months but initial problem is still not resolved which has been the cause of all this tension, stress and hardship. Since last year me and my family including three children been suffering first in summer heat and then winter colHe took 400 dollars and replaced unnecessary hardware I don't know knowingly or unknowingly.

In August 2012, Mr. [redacted] called me requesting a quote for air conditioning repairs on his residence. He inquired on the cost on diagnosing the system, at which point I informed him that there would be a cost of $60.00 for the diagnostic fee. Mr. [redacted] pleaded that the diagnostic fee not be charged and that he was good friends with my dad and would refer a lot more business to me. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that the diagnostic fee has to be charged to cover my overhead costs. Then, I offered to waive the diagnostic fee if he chose to proceed with servicing/repairs through my company. At this time we made a verbal agreement to proceed with the project. We set the initial appointment for the following day, at which time I was to diagnose the system.
