I have reviewed the response and am still frustrated. If there is no way to change the shipping address and I do not have the product, what am I to do?
I was sure to read as much information as possible before placing the order and did not see this information. What can be done to make this right?
I do not have the item and wish to have a refund

I absolutely loved my dress that my husband got me for Christmas (the Rose Garden Button dress) it fit great and with the buttons down the front I could actually wear it and nurse my baby, which I Loved! On the tag it stated to wash the dress in cold water, so that's what I did as well as put my washer on the delicate setting and layed my dress out to dry. I was very disappointed to find that my dress shrunk! And unevenly, the top flower layer is now about a inch shorter than the grey/cream underskirt. ?? now the dress is ruined which Is very upsetting. If this hadn't happened I would have gladly given the dress and company 5 stars.

We completely understand your frustrations. I have issued you a refund for the item you purchased and have also sent you the dress you requested in an email after the order was placed to you instead. We hope this helps make it right. We have not charged you for any dress and the cream lace one has been delivered to the billing address and the dress you would like is being shipped to the address you included in an email.

Hello,
We responded to the customer immediately upon her emailing us that she received the incorrect shirt. We sent her a prepaid return label to use to send back the incorrect shirt and apoloized for the mistake. It took her a few days to print off the label...

and send back the shirt, but once it arrived to us on March 9th we immediately issued her a refund. This customer was refunded a week ago. I have attached a copy of the transaction showing that this was processed back on the 9th. We have answered the customer through email, have not ignored her, issued a full refund and apologized about the mistake many times.

Hello, Thank you so much for shopping with us! I am showing we emailed on the 7th about the error on the order. We didn't hear back after a week so we unfortunately had to cancel your order. I was unaware of the email sent to you saying the dresses could not be offered at the sale price again....

I have addressed this with the customer service representative who sent that email. I am very disappointed in her response and agree with you that is was a very unfair answer. I have emailed you to make this right and have you choose two of the sale dresses! Thank you again for choosing to shop with us, we hope to mend our relationship.

I ordered a dress from Neesee's Dresses online. Paid for the dress and the company charged my card and then shipped the dress. I never received the dress. They shipped the dress to Michigan, and I live in Utah. I have contacted this company four different times, to which they won't respond. I have left them emails, voicemails, to no avail.
I paid $75 for an item I never received.
Horrible business and very dishonest. And their customer service is EXTREMELY disappointing!
