On May 5th, 2016 I filed an online complaint against a company in San Francisco called Nefarious Jobs.
 
Later that same day, the company representative DID contact me, apologized for an oversight regarding the issue, and made good to my satisfaction 100%! Please DO close...

the case, it is not necessary and the company has behaved in a professional, reputable manner.
