I have currently been in litigation with Neff Construction for 2 yrs. He poured a patio that cracked after 2 months, he promised to come back and replace it and never did. Now after 2yrs of attourneys going back and forth we made an agreement. After I signed off he crossed off sections without my or my attourneys knowledge. Now he is proceeding to do what he wants not what was agreed upon. Charged will be refilled immediately.
