We are willing to return for no charge to re-open the line The tech out was not able to locate the vent pipe for the trap It is critical we have this located in order to clear the line more completely We had access to this vent when we were out in , it must be able to breath which does
not help the situation .Clearing a sewer line is not considering a repair when the line is compromised , it is only a temporary remedy We have videos which indicate the line ( sewer ) is damaged and must be repaired and dug up Conditions change underground and there will come a time when the line will no longer be able to be cleared at all and turn into an emergency Hopefully this does not happen with feet of snow on the ground .Please advise if *** *** is open to a return visit for a clearing at no charge We also request assistance in locating the vent .Rick G***
