It is not our financial obligation to pay for our improper dental claim processing by Delta My husband notified AES that he was cancelling his Delta policy well before 12/31/The change request can be noted on his pay stubs from December vs January Since when do insurance companies pay claims on policies, they haven't collected any premiums for? Delta can't figure out whether premiums have been paid for unless another human from another company from who knows where notifies them? Otherwise, Delta will pay claims for an infinite amount of time? With Delta's refusal to accept this change, they have saved themselves around $at least in payments they are responsible for

Dear Ms***:The letter of complaint for the above referenced has been
received at our office and forwarded to me for response.Mr*** purchased an individual dental plan through Delta
Dental with an effective date of February 1, Mr*** notified Delta
Dental on July 22, that he
has another policy through an employer
sponsored Benefit PlanHe requested his individual policy be cancelled and a
refund issued back to his credit card for the unused days in the month of July.Delta Dental
cancelled the individual policy as per Mr***'s request on July 22,
Please note the Policyholder's contract states the following:All
insurance for you and /or other people covered under this policy stops on the
date the policy is terminatedThat date is:The last day of the month we receive termination
request from you, or any later date stated in your request (if we approve of
this date).Policy premiums paid cover the entire month and partial
credits/billing adjustments are not given when a Policyholder terminates
mid-month

of complaint for the above referenced has been received at our office and
forwarded to me for response.Mr. [redacted]'s employer, [redacted], offers a voluntary dental plan to its employees. As the
dental insurer, Delta Dental takes direction on...

eligibility maintenance from
the employer.As a courtesy, Delta Dental contacted [redacted] and confirmed Mr. [redacted] discontinued his dental coverage as
of December 31, 2016. Delta Dental processed and paid claims under the dental
plan during the month of January; therefore, a termination date of January 31,
2017 has been entered for Mr. [redacted]. With this termination, Anita [redacted]'s dental
plan through [redacted] is the only plan covering the [redacted] family.

The terms of the policy state it is a 12-month contract that runs through December 31, 2016.

penalty. A new policy application has been mailed to Ms. [redacted] and she was
advised this application needs to be completed and returned to Delta Dental of
Wisconsin by June 30, 2016 in order for this policy change offer to remain
