Negril Jamaican Restaurant Metro West

I purchased a meal which included: Jamaican Calalou, Salad, peas and rice in along with a pineapple and ginger drink that was made at the restaurant. Meal cost:$11.13.

The meal made me ill. It ran through me so fast. I called the establishment and asked for the manager. I was told the manager that served me would not be to work until the next Monday.

Moving forward, On Monday, which is today., I called the restaurant as previously instructed.
I informed the manager on duty that I would be stopping by to speak with her.

I arrived at the restaurant around 10:55am. I waited in line while customers were being served. The manager took my request and fixed a replacement meal. Meanwhile, the owner stood by and watched for at least 20 minutes. He never spoke a word until I approached the checkout point. He then loudly addressed me as if I was a criminal stating I've done this before. I responded with, Excuse-me sir. You must have the wrong person.? He persisted in speaking to me in that tone in front of the employees and customers.

First of all I'm not a troublemaker. I'am well groomed, over 50 and very polite. He has seen me patronize his business on many occasions.

I asked him to pull up the videos for the last six months to prove his accusations. He then call the name of one is his different locations. He tried to belittle me by tricking me. He was referring a few years ago when I've vomited after eating fish at that location. The fish make me ill. His argument was that I must not leave the restaurant. I told him as I recalled it happened on site.

He was very rude. He needs to refund me for my meal, and treat customers with more respect. He could have just spoke to me in a respectful manner. Not loud talk me I front of the customers and employees who where not involved.

I asked the cashier, and both managers to state a time where I've Patronize the restaurant and not pay my bill. They couldn't remember or state one time I am a very loyal and very polite. The manager was rude
