Used this collision shop for front end damage repairs. Shop replaced front bumper. Front bumper is not aligned correctly after repairs. Shop is now alleging within 4 days of receiving truck back that a “phantom” vehicle must have struck the truck and caused the new OEM bumper to be out of allignment. Shop has no corroborating evidence and is making allegation to not acknowledge faulty workmanship on their repairs. No visible damage to bumper to corroborate their allegation.
We did repair the vehicle with a new chrome plated bumper as was on the truck from the manufacturer. Many times chrome plated bumpers do not show evidence of impact other than being bent.
If in fact there is an alignment issue with the bumper we would cover that with our warranty. I do not have pictures but I am being told this bumper is bent on the right corner. If that is true, a new bumper would be needed and our warranty would not cover that. I would like to see it. Please contact me at and we can set up a time that I can inspect the bumper.

Do not take your vehicle to this location to be repaired. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. This location was recommended by Geico, my insurance company. Big mistake. The customer service claims rep at this location is horrible. I was lied to about my repairs and I was never once informed when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. Several days would go by and I would find out my vehicle was ready days ago. The person I worked with would barely return my phone calls and lied to me about my vehicle. I will definitely be changing car insurance after this.
