After ordering the special glass we set an appointment up for the following Thursday and the service man never showedWe confirmed the appointment with him but no communication was established between him and the secretarySo we set another appointment up for the the following Tuesday and again no showThe secretary said we can possibly come out ThursdayThey replaced my glass but when I came home I found a broken picture frame on my floorVery dissatisfied with their service being that I payed them *** four weeks before the glass was replaced
