My wife initially went in for a consultation and overall health assessmentThe specialists there said that she needed multiple dental procedures that would eventually cost over $5,I decided to stick with Neibauer because they had done a satisfactory job previously; however, we decided to only get the services that my wife absolutely needed for her dental healthThe most pressing issue was her first root canalAfter she had her first cleaning, the hygienist cracked one of her teethNot only did the hygienist fail to notice, the dentist who performed the initial work for the root canal also did not take noticeWhen my wife went in for the final part of the root canal, she told the dentist that her tooth had cracked, which was due to the prior dental workThe dentist scheduled for my wife to come in next week to have the tooth pulled and replaced with a temporary bridgeBefore we agreed to have this procedure done, the customer service rep assured us that our Military Reserve Tricare would cover a certain portion of the procedureWhen we asked for a written treatment plan that would explicitly detail the cost, the rep said they couldn't because the annual insurance coverage would not turnover until January (this had taken place the last week in December)However, they repeatedly assured us that they could provide a detailed breakdown of the cost prior to the procedureMy wife went in on 13th for the tooth pull and temporary bridgeAfter the procedure was done, the customer service rep then informed us that the cost was actually in excess of $2,because Military Reserve Tricare did not turn over annually until April and it could not cover any of the costI asked them why they did not tell us this before the procedure, and they said they had neglected to call TricareThe customer service rep did his/her best to try to work an in-house financing deal, but we were still forced into paying for the entirety out of pocketAfter we arranged the financing, we were told that the permanent bridge would be scheduled for approximately weeks laterAfter a month went by, my wife called and asked to be scheduled for the permanent impression mold for her bridgeThe customer service rep said that someone had failed to follon her treatment plan and schedule itAfter going in for the permanent impressions on February 24th, they scheduled the permanent to be put in on March Prior to March 17, however, the temporary broke, exposing the tooth nerve ending which causes a great deal of sensitivity and sharp pain in some instancesNeibauer immediately scheduled her to come in the next day to fix it at 8:00AM, however, the procedure did not start until after 10:00AMOn March 17th, my wife went in to get her permanent and they said that they had failed to obtain the impressions to perform the procedure and that the operation had to be delayedThey then took more impressions and said that they would contact us when they were readyIt is now April 6th, and we have not heard anything furtherUnfortunately, my wife's bridge has broken for a second timeWhen I called earlier this evening to schedule it to get fixed, the customer service rep that answered said he could not see any of Renee's treatment plan in the system he was accessing due to the fact he was answering from a sister officeWhen I told him that I needed her to be scheduled immediately because she is in pain, he told me to stand by so he could contact someoneWhen he came back on the line, he told me that no one was available to talk to him in order to schedule a procedure for tomorrowHe then asked for my call-back number just in case anyone was able to be reachedAfter I thanked him, he responded with a tone that I took to be sarcastically annoyed

In regards to the complaint filed by [redacted] and [redacted], in regards to Neibauer Dental Care in Waldorf, MD; we take our patients concerns and complaints very seriously. We would like the opportunity to respond to the patient concern in an effort to resolve and ensure **....

and [redacted] receives the highest quality of care.Prior to receiving your concern, we had been in contact with **. and [redacted] and there dental insurance companies to ensure proper steps were taken for [redacted] to utilize his dental benefits fully within our practice. With **. and [redacted] having multiple dental insurance companies it did take a longer time period to receive payment or have an accurate ledger as insurance only provides estimates of patient dental benefits prior to submitting dental claims. We also are not always made aware of coordinating benefits or co-pays in situations like this one. In January 2015 [redacted]s last dental insurance payment was received which then provided us with additional information on his dental benefits. We have made the proper adjustments and refunded [redacted] for the credit on his account of $115.40 as of March 2015. To ensure **. and [redacted] are aware we have made multiple attempts at reaching them to discuss the situation and ensure they are satisfied.
We strive to have the best possible care for each of our patients and are open to assisting **. and [redacted] in the future. Please feel free to contact our office at ###-###-#### if you have any further questions or concerns.

Review: Paid $1500 down payment for permanent dentures in Nov 2012. Had fittings in Nov and Jan 2013. Changed mind decided to get implants. Paid $214 out of $1500 to reline temporary dentures. Ask billing office for an itemized list of charges. Told lab work, will send me a list. Ask what were lab charges. They sent me an invoice that had the $1500 posted as "Write off/balance and Misc credit adjustment". I contact the office by telephone and in writing for an explanation. I was told I would get an invoice. Called again. Was told by the reception staffer that the person in billing office no longer work there. They sent me a check for $185. My dentist would not respond to any of my calls. Sent a certified letter to Neibauer HQ in [redacted], Il with all backup letters that were sent to [redacted] Office. No response. I have tried 4 times verbally and in writing to get an invoice. They cannot justify all of the $1500 I paid them. I can provide you with all letters sent to Neibauer if needed.

pn. alanceservicesave ask them 4 times for an invoice. Have received invoices from dental office for past services. I then received a duplicate invoice grnvoiceDesired Settlement: I want a refund of money not returned minus the $214, $185. The lab fees did not cost did not cost $1100.00.
