To: [email protected] do not have the original receipt nor was a contract signed.  I will send a copy of the receipt from the mechanic who is fixing the car now at my earliest convenience.  I must say I hope at the very least other customers are able to hear about my experience.

Review: On March 31st [redacted] Neiderer inspected my car. He called me and told me my rear brakes needed replaced and back 2 tires needed replaced as well, he recommended I replace all 4. I agreed to the service. My car was finished and ready for pickup. I picked my car up around 4pm on April 1st 2014. I paid for the bill which was $652.37 in cash. After I left I went straight to the car wash and while washing my car saw damage to 3 of the 4 rims on my 2010 [redacted]. There was nothing wrong with my rims prior to him working on my car. I immediately returned with the car. [redacted] came out looked at my wheels admitted he damaged them and I ask what he was going to do to make it right, he shrugged his shoulder and said nothing, starting walking away from me, I said [redacted] really this is how your going to do business with me? I stood there, his mom said how much are the rims? I said I don't know I will have to call [redacted] and find out or you can, she walks away, I just stand there. After about 10 mins [redacted] comes back out, starts getting loud and says what do you want me to do [redacted]? I said make it right [redacted]? He again strugged his shoulder said he isn't going to that's what I get for buying a [redacted] German man car! I said excuse me? That's a $30,000 German [redacted] Car and if you didn't have the correct equipment to work on it then you shouldn't have touched my car. He walked away and shouted [redacted] sue me! That where it is as of now. I got in my car and not sure where to go from here. I am going to contact [redacted] today and see what the cost of the new rims are and for [redacted] to put the tires I just bought from [redacted] on the new rims, if the price stops at $1000.00 I'll be surprised. ** are not cheap and my car is in excellent condition. I never thought replacing tires would be this big a deal, but I guess it is. He also replaced my back breaks and there squeaking really bad, I don't know what to do about that as well because he told me he will not touch my car again? So I paid $652 and left with damage rims and sqeaky brakes.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my price from ** to replace the rims and correct the brake issues. I will get the repairs done and he should have insurance no reason he cant turn this claim over to his insurance company, and if he doesn't he needs to pay for what damages he caused. I do not trust him at all. I will get pricings he can pay or write check out to ** to have everything done correctly.

Review: I took the car in to have my clutch replaced. Car came back to me with a leak in hydraulic clutch. This resulted in me almost having two accidents. He also rotated my tires without my permission which results in a flat tire within one day of driving. Refused to fix my issue stating they are new issues. Issue were apparent within an hour of getting car back. Mechanic was rude, condescending, belligerent, disrespectful, and proceeded to hang up on me to avoid the issue. I paid him $562 to receive a car requiring more repairs than previously needed. Not to mention the personal stress and headache I've had to contend with.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and investigation into unethical business practices.

I did not hear from the customer for a week, at that time the customer stated that I caused a flat tire by merely rotating the mounted tires and wheels to the rear of the car. The customer also stated that he had to put fluid in the clutch resovior. I told him to bring the vehicle back to my shop and I will look at it. The customer asked me if it would cost him anymore money, I said, it may be the clutch master cylinder that is leaking which was not involved in the clutch replacement. If it is the clutch master cylinder, then yes, you will have to pay for the part and labor involved, if not and the new clutch has a problem then I would take care of that. At that time the customer starting yelling and called me an [redacted] and a rip off.He said he will get a lawyer. I said he should do that and I hung up.In closing, I would like to say that my family and I have been in this business for over 15 years. We have many, many happy customers but we cannot please everybody.Sincerely,

Consumer
