Review: We retained Neidhardt Law over a year ago to help with our loan modification dispute. Since the time we have been paying them we have not received any help that they claim to have promised and have been terrible at returning calls and giving proper updates. [redacted] who is their supposed account rep that was assigned to us never helped what so ever and always made excuses that she needs to speak to [redacted] and never returns calls. You have to call 50 times to just hear no one is in to help. Tried speaking to [redacted] himself on many occasions and he never returns calls either. Spoke to [redacted] 1 time to tell me he was going to submit paper work which was back in November of 2013 and was going to take 3-4 weeks for them to process. I waited until January just to find out he never submitted anything and we were going to be sent paper now to submit on our own with little to no help from them! It is now February and these people still have yet to return any calls or any help in our case and we want to render our services with this firm and have them fully refund our money.Desired Settlement: We want to render our services and want full refund in the amount of $1,500.00 plus any and all paper work they have on file we submitted.
