I am responding to a complaint we have from a client specifically Mr***He has concerns about our seal coating service. The details about his project are very specific and are very unique to his paver project onlyMr*** originally called us with great concerns that he himself had applied a paver sealer on his pavers that did not look right and that his pavers looked dull because of the sealer he had chosen to put on them. We told him that we do offer a sealing service with a sealer that we know is designed specifically for pavers and that we have had years of success with. However, given the nature of his request to remove the sealer and re-apply the sealer that our company uses, we did NOT give him any guarantees that our service would FIX what he had already done to his pavers. We were trying to help him and try and make his pavers look better than they were. Given the nature of how sealer is made in many forms, that there are some that are solvent based and some that are water based, even after speaking to our distributor about the combining of the chemicals, we were still unsure how they would react, and Mr*** WAS aware of this risk. Having said that, he did want us to proceed with the sealing service. We did pressure wash the existing sealer off and re-apply the sealer that we were accustomed too. The results and condition of his pavers after we sealed it, is a matter of opinion. Although his paver look a whole lot better than they did before, there are some areas that are patchy. We then returned again to reapply some sealer over those spots to try and make them blend in better. His pavers are much improved, however he is still not satisfied. We have offered to hot water pressure wash the sealer off again and give him a full refund. We are awaiting for his response at this timeThank you-

I am sorry but since this is the fourth time I have been told that they would get with me in a day or two to schedule a time for the following week, another notification of something they plan to do but has not happened as yet, does not resolve my complaint. I do not have a scheduled date nor am I available for someone to come fix it next week. My complaint will be resolved once my problem has been resolved - i.e., someone actually comes and fixes the pool coping. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
