I have a new roof because of Neighborhood AdjustersMy insurance company initially denied my wind and hail damage claimMatt from Neighborhood Adjusters interceded on our behalf and got them to review the situation and reverse their decisionTheir roof work was quick and thorough, and their communication and follwere excellentI would recommend them, especially if an insurance company has walked away from a claim

I'm responding to Mr***s's
complaint about the beesIn his original complaint the issue was the soffit not being fixed, the soffit was in fact missing prior to the claim that was filed with his insurance companyNRC fixed the soffit even though it was not paid by Mr***s's insurance company, it was fixed as a courtesyThe bees in question are not the responsibility of the general contractor, per my conversation with Mr***s, he stated that the bees existed in the soffit areaIt was assumed that the issue was addressed before the soffit was installed since it is the responsibility of the homeowner At this time the GC has addressed concerns related to the claim and can not address issues unrelated to such.Kind regards.*** ***

NRC worked out the issues with Mr*** and the end results are satisfactoryThe file is now closed

We have a appointment with the Homeowner today at 4pm to go over the service issues neededTell us why here

We spoke with the client and believe this to be a misunderstanding We feel like we have explained our position fully and are waiting to hear back from the client for a resolution We strongly believe this will be resolved with our client

We are so happy we chose this company to get our roof and siding repaired on the house and garageWe tried to get the approval on our own but our insurance company would only repair a small portion, this company was able to get our home approved for things we didn't even notice needed repaired! They went back and forth with our insurance for us so we didn't have to do ANYTHING!! We couldn't be happier! I would suggest this company to anyone who needs repairs on their home

Neighborhood Adjusters, Incmay at its discretion recommend Neighborhood Restoration Company as a qualified contractor to perform necessary restoration/repairsIf the insured contracts with Neighborhood Restoration Company and pays said contract in full, the commission fee for Neighborhood Adjusters, Inc shall be waivedHowever, Insured has the right to choose its own contractors to perform work.
Contract does not state we are obligated to do the work nor are we obligated to contract with the InsuredIn addition if Insured pays in full fee shall be waived.
We will not be taking our name off of the contract. Willing to deduct $off the fee.
Our company has attempted to communicate with the client, meet in person as this is difficult to explain thru emailClient continues to respond via emailWe have done what we can do and we are sticking to our contract as we have done nothing contractually wrong.

Hello my name is Jose [redacted] and I've recently had a couple of issue's that I had to resolved through my home insurance and happy to say that with the help of Marcos [redacted] (restoration consultant) from Neighborhood Adjusters, I'm pleased with the great work he has done so far. I highly recommend him and the company! thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]  While the owner is wrong in that [redacted] didn't state or provide a code I could reference - [redacted] stated there was a law protecting homeowners.  That is what I researched and found to be incorrect.  I meet this past weekend with the general manager for both Neighborhood Adjusters and NRC and he clarified all the miscommunication on their end.  He helped explain the process and what to expect next.  
For that reason, I am ending this complaint.

Our family had a great experience with Neighborhood adjusters especially with Matt [redacted]. They were efficient, helpful, fast, and did what they said they would do in the time they told us. We had our roof replaced due to some extreme weather. they worked well with our insurance and took care of everything. We just had to sign the paperwork. Thank you for your quick work.

Do not do business with these people. They filed a claim on my behalf and collected the money from the insurance and never sent me my money. They claimed to have called me but never did and I never received a letter or any other forms of communication. I found out when my home insurance shot up. I called them and they immediately cut me a check. They also charge 35% as a claim adjuster. Never take that learn from my mistake it should be no higher than 20% do not do business with them.

Jon and Marcos of Neighborhood Adjusters went above and beyond my husband and my expectations. This year we had a natural disaster destroy most of the roof for one of our buildings. Our insurance company [redacted] refused to pay anything for the damage. We found Neighborhood Adjusters by contacting the Calumet City inspectional services. Neighborhood Adjusters was highly recommended by the inspectors. Marcos and John helped us to successfully re-file our claim and have our insurance company pay for all of the damage to our building by providing us with expert advice and help every step of the way. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEIGHBORHOOD ADJUSTERS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY OR CLAIM.

We have fixed the repair on the gate that was damage by our roofers. Homeower has signed the Certificate of Completion and we are working on closing out the claim.

I contact Marcos from Neighborhood Adjusters because I had a leaking roof that needed repairs and the nextday they came out to inspect my roof and the ceilings of my house, they definitely agree that I needed a new roof and repairs inside my home and he assure me that my insurance had to cover all the damage, surely 2 weeks later I get the check for the repairs. Thank you Marcos for all your help and quick answers. I really appreciated that I started recommending my friends and family. Thanks again!
