Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] While the owner is wrong in that [redacted] didn't state or provide a code I could reference - [redacted] stated there was a law protecting homeowners That is what I researched and found to be incorrect I meet this past weekend with the general manager for both Neighborhood Adjusters and NRC and he clarified all the miscommunication on their end He helped explain the process and what to expect next For that reason, I am ending this complaint Sincerely, [redacted]

Do not do business with these peopleThey filed a claim on my behalf and collected the money from the insurance and never sent me my moneyThey claimed to have called me but never did and I never received a letter or any other forms of communicationI found out when my home insurance shot upI called them and they immediately cut me a checkThey also charge 35% as a claim adjusterNever take that learn from my mistake it should be no higher than 20% do not do business with them

Our family had a great experience with Neighborhood adjusters especially with Matt [redacted] They were efficient, helpful, fast, and did what they said they would do in the time they told usWe had our roof replaced due to some extreme weatherthey worked well with our insurance and took care of everythingWe just had to sign the paperworkThank you for your quick work

We have fixed the repair on the gate that was damage by our roofersHomeower has signed the Certificate of Completion and we are working on closing out the claim

I contact Marcos from Neighborhood Adjusters because I had a leaking roof that needed repairs and the nextday they came out to inspect my roof and the ceilings of my house, they definitely agree that I needed a new roof and repairs inside my home and he assure me that my insurance had to cover all the damage, surely weeks later I get the check for the repairsThank you Marcos for all your help and quick answersI really appreciated that I started recommending my friends and familyThanks again!
