I am rejecting this response because: The check list was not given to me and was not used at the time the technician [redacted] went over the motorhome at time of delivery.  The check list was given to me by the salesman the week prior who promised everything on the list would be checked and corrected prior to delivery.  The horizontal leveling system was not checked at time of delivery, nor was the transmission temp gauge, CO2 (outdated) and smoke detector (missing), leaking gray tank drain valve, jamming carpet on bed pedestal, numerous lights not working and broken cabinet latches. I asked [redacted] about the patio awning, he said it was good. It was not good, the awning was torn and the motor would no retract. I asked [redacted] about the gray and black tank gauges, he said they were not reading correctly because the tank insides were wet.  These gauges are still not working. I signed the "as is" page because of the American River RV promise that everything on the check list would be checked and corrected if needed, and because if I was told something was good, I was not being mislead.

Customer was given full walk through at delivery and gone over all the appliances and systems. After the walk through the customer accepted the RV and we had him sign an as is and due bill. As you can see on the due bill no promises or repaired were mentioned. Jerry agreed to repair the initial 6...

issues customer had rite after he picked it up and we stand behind that. Customer was offered an extended warranty which would cover any issues that occurred. Customer declined. Customer has also mentioned he would call his credit card company and dispute the $2000 deposit he gave us if we did not repair his issues. We have a signed receipt that he made that charge. I believe that is not a good tactic. We did not fraudulently charge his card.  We still stand behind our promises we made on the original 6 items. Also customer is required to bring the rv here to our dealership and leave it until those items are repaired. We cannot fix it in one day.

The issue has been resolved with the customer. We have taken care of his service issues

I am rejecting this response becauseFIRST , GET MY NAME RIGHT, ITS [redacted], NOT SUZNNE OR [redacted] OR [redacted]SECOND.THIS IS THE SAME BT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH, THIS COMPANY......I TOLD MY LAWYER NO !!!$6,000 AND SOMETHING AHOUT PAYMENT ? HELLO I PAID CASH $65,000 PLUS 2 TIMES FOR DELIVERY! SAME BT DIFFERENT DAY, BE ACCOUNTABLE  !! YOU SOLD ME A USED DAMAGED RV FOR NEW !! EXAMPLE WHITE AIR CONDITIONER ON UNIT WITH BLACK BOTTOM, ALL RIGS OF THIS TYPE HAVE ONLY BLACK.....HUGE HOLE ON TOP, ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS ETC. 2900 MILES TOO FOR A NEW RIG ? USED USED USED USED USED ME AND DUMPED THE PROBLEM RIG ON ME !!!!!WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE WAS MORE REACHERS ON AMERICAN RV.....THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!!!I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT !!YOU PUT MY LIFE IN JEOPARDY,  YOU ARE DISGRACEFUL,  DISGUSTING,  APPALLING. .........NO INTERGRY,  NONE ZERO .....[redacted]

The RV was purchased well over a year ago. I am willing to work with her to reimburse her for the issue as a good faith and good business.  Please have customer contact us so we can arrange for the payment for tores

We do not accept the demands of paying $15,000. The rv was sold over a year ago. Also most of the repairs would have been under warranty and coachmen would have paid to repair them of the customer was to take it to an authorized coachmen dealer. [redacted] initially told the customer to bring it back to us for repairs. Customer never brought it to us

I am rejecting this response because:  There are other issues besides the maintenance issues.  I have contact my lawyer & I expect you will hear from him during the week of June 27, 2016.

Our service manager [redacted] has been in communication with Mr [redacted] every week. I did receive  the letter and I had [redacted] follow up rite away. We have taken care of all the issues on the rv except for the issue with the turn signals. We have called both [redacted] and [redacted] and are still working...

with them to find a fix for this issue. We cannot repair this issue without coachmen and dodge getting involved. If Mr [redacted] would like to take it to a dodge dealer himself and see if they will repair it we have no problem with that as it is under factory warranty still. But until coachmen and dodge give us a fix we cannot complete the work.

Customer also signed an as is agreement after walk through given. As is Clearly states the coach is sold as is. I have attached a copy with his signature. Also sending Another copy of the due bill which has no promises made.

As stated before the customer signed an as is as well as a no warranty. Also we have all work orders from every time the RV was brought for repairs. The customer also signed a due bill at delivery which stated to repairs or any other promises made. Which clearly indicates everything was working at time of delivery.

I don't know what the lawyer told you. But we agreed to pay the repair claims and we did not say anything about making payments on it. The only thing we did not agree to pay for is the loss of use charge. If you still want to go to court that would be ok as we are not denying paying for the repairs at this point. Even though most of it should have been covered under warranty if you had gone to a coachmen authorized repair center. Once again we are willing to settle this and pay for all the repair receipts you have turned in. Your lawyer gave us all copies and we are willing to forward those to Revdex.com.
