Unfortunately there is no overcharge that occurred When customers pay with a credit card, they determine the amount The timer is started, and when they are done with their wash, they push the stop button and it terminates the wash and stops the charges The customer pressed the stop button, and that is where the charges ended

We did receive the voicemail, and an email from this customer A refund is in the system and being processed for $(the difference in the charges) We apologize for the issue, and thank them for their business A refund should be issued, and a check mailed within 3-weeks

We have techs that test the equipment weekly and there have been no issues in any of the bays of the machines not working properly If the stop button was pushed, it would have stopped It is clearly labeled where they are to push the button, however sometimes customers simply turn the selection nob to stop I don't know if this is the case, but the stop button was never pushed as it is working properly We as a business cannot refund money to customers because they claim they stopped the machine It is a self service car wash and we have to rely that the customer operates the equipment properly Otherwise customers would continue to get services for free, at our expense I regret that this is not the outcome they want, but we stand by our decision There have been no other complaints or know issues with the equipment

I am rejecting this response because: I did not the stop button As a courtesy and to further your business relationship to the public you should refund my overpayment of $ I cannot afford to pay $for a st imple car wash If you will not refund this $then of course you have lost a good customer who uses your carwash weekly on cars and who has never had this problem occur before in the years of using your business I am not lying when I say I got the stop button

Our phone log records, and Voicemail records to not indicate a call was ever received I am unaware of where they would have gotten the ###-###-#### number, as that is not our phone number, and is not posted at the carwash None the less, we strive to make our customers happy, and
understand that there are issues from time to time We will be happy to refund the $this customer may have lost at our facility

I am rejecting this response because:  I did push the stop button at $2.87 charge.  the sign states a minimum charge $3.00  I  Never charged  $10 for a simple car wash  I want a $7.00 refund to resolve this.
