Review: I called this business at 11 o'clock in the morning talked to a very nice personable assistant about my carpets that needed to be cleaned. I told her they were kind of bad the only place in the house that needed to be cleaned was the living room. We wanted them done perfectly for when my brother in law came back from Delaware because he is stationed in the Ai r Force there. The assistant quoted me 80$ and said the guy would be there between 2 and 5 I went to work and he showed up at 430. Came in and immediately asked for 190 my boyfriend was willing to pay it because we needed it so he accidentally handed him an extra 20 and the guy pocketed it and said oh that's .y gratuity. He then started saying how terrible our carpet was and that it was the worst he'd ever seen and saying that he couldn't believe we lived like this. And he went over the carpet once and it brought all the smells in the carpet and now it doesn't look any better he was complaining the whole time. And then left our carpets terribly done and our house smelling like dirty water. I called [redacted] the owner of the business and complained saying I would like a refund and I wouldn't mind letting them have the 80 I was originally quoted but I wanted the rest back. She told me he would call me back and he did but it was 5 days later at 9 am. He was extremely rude and started saying that we were terrible and dirty people. And said he would come look and see of it really was that bad. But it's been 2 weeks they have not returned my calls and I'm fed up with waiting for them to call back.Desired Settlement: I'll pay the 80 but I want the other 130 back.

Company states that he arrived at an apartment of Hillsdale and when he arrived there were two gentlemen there. The carpets were filthy. I let them know that I needed them to pay cash as they stated that they were moving into a better neighborhood. The became more upon inspection of the filthy carpets. I got the cost authorized prior to cleaning from the gentleman. Everything was fine until [redacted] got home and called me stating that the man had spent their grocery money.

I am rejecting this response because: most of the information is false. The carpets were not filthy. I did not complain because of the money. I complained because of the services rendered. I complained as well because of the wrong estimate and horrific and insulting customer service.

Review: I received a solicitation call from [redacted] offering carpet cleaning at $16.00 a room with a minimum of 2 rooms. My mother needed her carpet done. So I agreed to have hers cleaned. Made the appointment for 3-28-14 (Friday) so I could be there. My mother is 93 years old and suffers from dementia. [redacted] called my mother on 3-27-14 (Thursday) and asked if he could come right then. My mother agreed without notifying me. When he arrived, he told her that it would be $300.00 (almost 10 times original pricing) and asked for a check. She gave him a BLANK signed check. When he left, the only evidence of 'cleaning' was a saturated carpet that took over 24 hrs to dry and damage to an antique area rug where his machine scraped off some of the top threads. This companys actions constitute elderly fraud and just plain fraud.Desired Settlement: Refund of $200.00 We would have accepted a reasonable amount, even with the shoddy workmanship.

Company states that when he got to the residence the carpets were covered in urine and blood. He was there for hours cleaning the carpets. I let the consumer know that she needed to call her daughter as she was elderly and the consumer let her know that she pays all her bills on her own and the care taker of the women agreed. The company states that they have a board in the office with all the jobs that need to be done on it. He pulled the paper for this job and went to complete it. He states that he did not come early on purpose. The company states that there will be no refund issued.
