Hi, First of all I apologize for being late to read my mail and respond Its true that the customer did not want her blouse to be cleaned but altered onlyIts true that the tags were still on it Alteration was possible and was done to the said itemBut by mistake it was cleaned Since it had the tags on it the ink from the tag went on the cloth like tiny powder spotsSmall tiny spots were visible , which were cleaned again and taken care ofI requested her to come to the same clerk with whom she dropped off and make sure together with the employee and customer that the mistake happened 100% from my side But she had problem with that I assumeI normally do not talk over phone to solve these kind issues as it make no good with out being on the spot with the item to discuss with and it end up with disagreementBut any ways I wanted a second opinion of a third person to prove that there was nothing wrong with that pure white blouse which was cleaned all by itself or some thing was wrong so as to pay the full price I would like Revdex.com to verify the item and I will go by your verdict on that, for I strongly believe that the item was perfectly OK to wearI could see one or two spots only because I know it was there, I mean somebody has to really look for it to see it Customer already picked up the item from the storeIf she was going to file a complaint, she should not have picked it upI do not know she wore it or notI am willing to pay the full refund after a third party opinion on the item, if its brought back in the same shape she picked up However since I made a mistake in cleaning it, I am willing to give her $ worth store credit, for future use With all respects to my valuable customer and apologies for making a mistake and offering her our low price and timely service, [redacted] Owner The Neighborhood Cleaners

I ordered a product from the store website as a gift for a clientI unchecked the box available for opting in to email marketingThe next day I had a marketing email in my inboxI unsubscribed to the is email, and then received another solicitation a few days laterTo date, I have unsubscribed times but still continue to receive emailsI called the store, the representative I spoke with told me they had no way of taking me out of the systemThis is a violation and invasion of my privacy
I like their products and would like to be able to continue to order from them but this is ridiculous to have to go through this
