Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Povide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I am not satisfied with his resolutionMr [redacted] mention that he requested for me to come back to the store with the same clerk to make sure that it was 100% mistake from his side, I am not understanding that, when he agree that the blouse was new with tags on it, so who mistake could it have been when the blouse was in the care of the cleanersHe also said he assumed I had a problem with coming there, I didn't have a problem I had been trying to get in touch with him for days and his clerk will tell me they will take a message and have him to callI was leaving to go out of town for a week and the day before I was leaving I call several times( I still have the call log on my cell ) I told the clerk that I was going out of town and I wanted this resolved before I left the last conversation I had with the clerk at 6:that is when she said that [redacted] said to come in the morning to speak with him and I said I told you that I was leaving out in the morning going out of town and that is when I got mad and took my blouse because I didn't want to leave it there and I was going to be gone a weekThen he admit that the blouse still had spots, but say you will have to really look for itI know the spots are there that's all that matters, I didn't buy it with spots on itI see the way he do business I don't want to ever do business with him again, so no I don't except worth of store credit from himThe professional thing to do is to give me back what I paid for it, I work in retail I wouldn't dare treat any of my customers this way if I recognize a problem I will fix it not tell them that you have to look really close to see the damageWord of mouth is strong I will be sure to let all my military family and friends know what happened with this business and how he wanted to resolve itThank you very much for your help with this Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedHowever, I will be returning the blouse and would like to be reimbursed for the blouse, since it has been cleaned twice and the spots are still on it, I cant do anything with a spotted white blouse

*** received $ in compensation for the damaged T shirt; or days after the incidentShe wanted $ for two T shirts damagedActually only one was damaged from the dryer she used in the LaundromatI
explained that to her and I gave her $ and she took it without any further words*** was even wearing the non damaged white T shirt the day I gave her $ I even cleaned both Ts in our Dry clean facilityBoth Ts were wearableBut I still gave her the money because she asked for itI thought the case was settledI dont think its right to accept a settlement and then complain

I am not satisfied with his resolution. First of all I apologize for being late to read my mail and respond.
 
Its true that the customer did not want her blouse to be cleaned but altered only. Its true that the tags were still on it. 
Alteration was  possible...

and was done to the said item. But by mistake it was cleaned . Since it had the tags on it the ink from the tag 
went on the cloth like tiny  powder spots. Small tiny spots were visible , which were cleaned again and taken care of. I requested her to come to the same clerk 
with whom she dropped off and make sure together with the employee and customer that the mistake happened 100% from my side.
But she had problem with that I assume. I normally do not talk over phone to solve these kind issues as it make no good with out 
being on the spot with the item to discuss with and it end up with disagreement. But any ways I wanted a second opinion of a third person to prove that there was nothing wrong 
with that pure white blouse which was cleaned all by itself or some thing was wrong so as to pay the full price . I would like Revdex.com to verify the item and I will go by your verdict on that, for I strongly
believe that the item was perfectly OK to wear. I could see one or two spots only  because I know it was there, I mean somebody has to really look for it to see it. 
Customer already picked up the item from the store. If she was  going to file a complaint, she should not have picked it up. I do not know she
wore it or not.... I am willing to pay the full refund after a third party opinion on the item, if its brought back in the same shape she picked up.
 
However since I made a mistake in cleaning it, I am willing to give her $ 15.00 worth store credit, for future use.
With all respects to my valuable customer and apologies for making a mistake and offering her our low price and timely service,

You admit that you were in a hurry to go out of town and had  got mad and took the blouse and left. You did not let me take care of the issue.
Since you picked up the clothing from the store, I am willing to pay full price of the blouse as store credit. And I promise to satisfy you 100%.
Give me another chance to prove you that we are the best in town. I will even give you $ 30.00 worth of store usage. If you are not OK with this resolution, pls return the item like you picked up from the store , with bill of purchase and I will compensate the cost of your blouse.
