Terrible experience. 3 voicemails and only one call back. Must have called at least 8 times and never once got a person. Went to voice mail EVERY time. Then to top it off. When I finally do get in touch with them, they schedule the wrong date. The office workers don’t even know the installation schedule. Such a joke.
We are writting to you on behalf of a positive review submitted just recently. Client was offered to start a job project on July 5th and he misunderstood the dates available. He was disappointed that we could not start the fence project tomorrow when the house is not officially his. He had a closing appointment to get his new house and we offered a solution scheduling his project prior to the holiday. U fortunately he did not accept our solution and apologies. Sometimes clients want to hear what they want. We did our best to work with him but he was exaggerating making us feel unprofessional. We apologize for that inconvenience and the confusion between my crew and his person.
I disagree with the bulk of this reply. Especially the "misunderstood the available dates" and exaggeration parts. I was pretty clear when the worker came out to give me an estimate and he agreed to them. The initial working with me to get things sorted out was no more than an apology, which is/was nice, but does not help me get a fence. We have since come to a resolution and this time around they worked with me to find a date that is acceptable. Esmerelda has been kind throughout my frustration emails.
I'll update when the work is done.
