Neighborhood Lawn Service carried out and charged me for lawn services (mowing and lawn treatments) without any agreement from my end.Neighborhood Lawn Services was my service provider for lawn maintenance (mowing and treatments) under a season contract for the summer of 2013. However, they have carried out services without my authorization in 2014 on three separate occasions. After the first occasion (they claim to have mowed my lawn on 12/31/2013) I called them to let them know their services were not required. Despite that they claimed to have mowed my lawn once again on 4/30/14 and then again on 06/30/14. Subsequent to the first phone call, I have tried calling them on multiple occasions about this unjustified billing but they typically do not answer. I have also sent them a letter on June 4th which they did not respond to except to send me another bill claiming they mowed my lawn on June 30th once more.This forcible sales practice seems to be their typical practice in this area. People get services without asking for them and are then billed for those services. The current billing total for my house is $ 110 which I do not feel I should pay as I am not under contract with them.
