We have contact our customer and resolved this issue Their was a miscommunication in the office and we were under the impression this services was already cleared We called the customer today and have scheduled a service person to make a home visit

This was a total misunderstanding between a telemarketer & Ms***.? Yes has called Ms*** to straighten out all the issues she had.? ? ?
