Review: I [redacted]. Purchased a 2000 [redacted] ls from Neighborhood Motors in the month of march 2014 and this car cannot pass an inspection due to rust on the frame also the water pump was not repaired when I purchased the vehicle. The front headlights keep going out I have to buy another set and it's only been seven months and had a problem with the lights. I also had to get a repair done for an o2 sensor also for a check engine light. I'm filing a complaint because I need a reliable vehicle to go to and from work and this vehicle is not reliable.Desired Settlement: I would like a positive result or consequence Thank you

Review: I bought a vehicle from Neighborhood Motors LLC on 8/22/2014 and on 8/23/2014 the vehicle broke down and would not run. I then called the dealership and expressed my concerns. At first they agreed to help out but then avoided me and tried to push me and my issues and concerns on the warranty company. Now there is no communication because the dealership ignores my phone calls and does not want to fix the issues of they sold a vehicle with problems. I should not be paying for a vehicle that broke down 24 hours after I bought it or have to be paying for the repairs.Desired Settlement: I want the dealership to pay for the repairs or offer a vehicle for equal value and comparison.
