They charged me $849 for advertising they never performed.
Tried to call and talk to someone over & over & had no response.
I received a call stating that this company had a contract with the Clark county school district in Las Vegas Nevada. They told me they would be distributing at least 90,000 advertisements on a no bully campaign they were starting in Las Vegas to all the students in the elementary and junior high schools. They said I would be the only one in the real estate field that would be advertising with them. They took my payment of $849 on my Visa card and had me send in information on my business card. From that day forward I could not get a response from anyone at the company calling numerous times I could not get a call back. I asked several people in the Clark county school district if they had heard of the program and if they had seen any of these advertisements and no one had seen the advertisement at all throughout the schooll district. I continue trying to get through to them at the neighborhood network but have not had any success getting anyone on the phone or any answers about the advertising. I would appreciate help getting my $849 back.

The Safety Boards by the Neighborhood Network initially called me and pitched me marketing that consisted of an ad I could place on a large refrigerator magnet that would speak to Anti-Bullying and it would have a calendar on it. This magnet would be distributed to all Loudoun County Schools by them. They charged me in December the amount $1349. They never preformed this task and they refuse to refund me. I believe their business model is to take peoples credit card information and get this contract signed with no intention of creating or distributing ads.

On the phone they explained the above marketing program to me and took my credit card information. They said they would send me a contract. Once I read this contract and the wildly pompous note attached, I felt that something was off and maybe this is a scam. So I contact them to tell them, I don't want to sign this contract and to refund me. No one responded. So I had my credit card company back the payment out. Only then, did the company reach out to me to tell me they will contest it. They again received my funds for $1349.

With no choice, they have my money, I move forward. I reached out again and someone modified my business card slightly for the ad, 1/2 hour of easy work. They send me my approved ad and ask me to sign the same contract that I didn't want to sign before; or they wont run my ad. I cross off the information and add my own notes to the terms.

Then nothing! This was prior to Covid. This ad could have been run prior to COVID. Attached. They told a couple weeks and it will be ready at one point. Nothing happened.

I have asked for a refund and they have become non-responsive. They have not created the magnets,no one at Loudoun County was able to confirm that they have a relationship with this company. The schools are distributing materials and these are not among them. I have also NOT received the box of magnets that I was told I would receive.

This is a lot of money!

I entered into a Verbal agreement to pay $1750.00 for Advertising Services from this Company. I prepaid $875.00 on 5/29/19. Thereafter a Advertising Agreement was sent for my Signature; which I never signed Since I still had questions and wanted verification of the quality of their work and references that were never provided after several attempts to reach the Owner/ Responsible Parties. Finally had a discussion with the Owner Adam & Austin P -VP where he stated he would send me examples of their work via mail and provide me contact information of other Realtors whom had success with their Service. Unfortunately..this never materialized. after a month I started to request a Refund as I in good Business Conscious could not invest any more time, energy, and money into a Company that didn't keep their word on a basic request.Thereafter I received the complete run around and unavailability of Owner each time I followed up about the Refund. The Lack of Customer Service and Business Integrity is totally unacceptable.
