I am rejecting this response because: It is a lie that they have not received a refund request I have sent several emails to discuss the matter and received no response I have left several phone messages including a message June and received no response The last email I sent to [email protected] requesting a refund was on May I have received no response to that email I have sent another email to them today.They have been quick to respond you this complaint with lies and empty promises of "referring this matter to their accounting department" but until they contact me and actually take some steps to resolve this issue, based on my experience with them I must assume their written responses are lies

I apologize about the wait you have had for our fiber internet services. Though we will not be able to provide you with a date you can expect to be installed. As far as a refund, we have not received a request for one. I will forward your request to our accounting department for further processing...

I apologize that we have not gotten the service installed into your home. You are entitled to a refund until we start construction in your neighborhood, though I do not see in our system that you ever asked for one.  As far as the amount, we can refund the $199 deposit made for installation....

Though we will not pay any additionally monies, as the free service for a year is provided as a credit once service is connected. It has no cash value. As far as your router, I'm not sure why you purchased the router over a year ago. We would of never told you to make a purchase and therefore not responsible for paying you for it.Our plans are still to install service in Springville. Anyone who takes their refund will still be installed at the same price, though will lose all other benefits (free service credits, service upgrade price, etc). A refund can take over two week as per our refund policy, as we cannot refund back to your card.

Looking at our map, it does not look like we would be able to get you installed by the end of the year. I have sent you information over to our accounting department to send your installation deposit of $199 back to you.

We have forwarded this matter to our accounting department, though we have confirmed that we have not receive any emails for a refund request until the one he sent today. Also we will continue communicating with [redacted] via the Revdex.com system to have this documented.

I am rejecting this response because:
This company promised to provide me with internet service over two years ago. They have never installed my internet. I have made repeated attempts to receive a refund. They continue to lie and make excuses. Things like we have never receive a request for a refund. We will forward this request to our accounting department. We mailed the check and the address is not deliverable. These are all lies they will no longer answer the phones or reply to email. They have taken down the website. I have visits the physical office location they have packed up and left there is not accounting department it is just Jonathan P[redacted] who is a scammer who has stolen thousands of dollars and should be in prison.Refund my $199 immediately
