In I purchased a home insurance policy from Express Insurance, Agent *** *** She has been by agent since 2012, when Citizens dropped me she assisted me in going with UniversalAt the time of said purchase, everything was done via email (see attached) and was instructed to initial and sign, I trusted her and did not read what I was signingIt turns out that she indicated in the losses box that no loss had been reported in the last months, which was not true because while with Citizen, which was also purchased through her, I had a claim due to water damagesShe did not do her due diligence when selling the Universal policy, and now I am accused of lying, something that I take very personal because I do not lieThe only thing I am guilty of is trusting this agentI reached out to the owner of the agency, *** ***

My experience with Express Insurance Services LLC has been a nightmare to say the leastBoth my auto and home insurance have been compromised because of the nefligence of one agent working for themNow it turns out that in a claim my attorney presented to my home insurance (years ago) has been denied and both my attorney and I have been accused of fraud..,,, yeah how low can that getAll because when this "agent" to close a deal filled out the application for me, scanned and sent it to me for my initals, I trusted her, and in order to give me a cheaper rate, checked the box where it indicates "no previous claims in the past five years" I know, I was an it for not reading it through before initialing the documentand she claims she is a Christianreally??? She just wantef to get my business ans her commissionOh yeah and with my auto policy she put the wrong date, and when I noticed it and told her, she just said "ohh thank God you didnt have an accident beteren those dates" WOWconsumers our there stay away from this agencyits true when you hear too good to be true
