Neighborhood Periodical Club is a magazine subscription clearing house that enters magazine subscription orders from various magazines sales agents throughout the Country. NPC does not sell magazines or collect on magazine accounts.
We had a difficult time finding her account and...
finally found it under the name [redacted]. The magazine subscription was entered by Family Readers Service from Elyria, OH [redacted]I was able to contact the agent, who researched the account and found the account was entered in error, but at no time did they ever charge her credit card. The customer may have contacted the magazine and she was given the number of NPC, the clearing house.
If she is being charged for magazines on her credit card, I might suggest that she refer to her credit card statement, which should give the phone number of the vendor that is actually charging her account. It is not Neighborhood Peridical Club.

I do not like Neighborhood periodical whatsoever. They subscribe me ** magazines that I do not like without NY permission then I have to call a number to stop the subscription that I did not subscribe to and I am not asked before I get the subscription. Not pleased with them at all.
