Hello, the damage on the couch is not caused by us however we will be so glad to fund the dollars as a customer service for our client, the client need to contact the company directly to send the copy of the estimate he have for the third party going to fix the damage in his couch, once we
review the estimate the money will be send by email transfer.the client will not receive the password till he sign a release form for our company.Thank you

I Was Taken Back By The unfounded accusations this customer has brought upon me this not against the company but directly towards my integrity, in a community that I have served for years, Defamation of someone's character is a liabilas act without proof of any sort.The Day in Question she
came in to ship some sort of medication to Fl. I gave her a minimal standard lb over night rate, she questioned why the price was so high, we explained to her any product going over night is a minimal standard lb charge, the only thing that travels for less is a letter rate which is a standard of A 1/lb Documents onlyAfter some give and take she finally decided to ship the item, we gave her a *** Bubble Pac to ship the item, she turned physically around with her back to me placed the items in the Pac and sealed it and handed it back to me, it seems she removed the medication from the bottle and placed them directly in the Pac, at this point we doubled over the Pac to give it a bit more protection for the items inside and taped the ends shut originals seals still in tack. I tagged the item and placed it with the other out going items for the night.The next day the client in question called and directly accuses me of theft stating that I cut her package opened and removed the items, I told her that Her package left exactly the way she gave it to me, I also explained to her that I have and eye witness who viewed this entire transaction from start to finish she also accuses me of taking a cash amount of USD I told her the *** does not ship any monetary value and we do not recommend such actionsAfter some blistering back and forth we ended the conversation with no resolution favoring ether party.The next thing I received was a letter from you folks with the complaint filed and she also claims that the USD was in a check, at this point I decided to put my personnel feelings behind me and opened a claim with *** ( CASE # *** Trk # *** ) If she would like to follow threw, she may contact *** at *** and ask For Claims Deptand Forward the necessary paperwork to complete this claim a receipt with her out of pocket cost on the medication and a stop payment transaction and charges from her bank for the check.She may contact me at my office at *** with any questions on following up with the claim Good DaySincerely *** * ***

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
That is not what happened he is a complete liar the money was cash not a check! I worked at [redacted] in east Boston and there are millions of packages that go through there ea shift there is absolutely NO way someone would randomly decide to open my bubble wrapped envelope to take 40.00 cash unless you know its inside. He had No witness and there was a customer for a brief second but that is so stupid to say because they dont stay in the store the whole night so easily when they left he opened my package I have pictures of this package that my husband took before opening. Also I NEVER turned my back to put items inside that is made up, as well as I send paper prescriptions that I took by mistake when leaving florida that is what was inside and there was a couple blood pressure pills loosely in the package! What is so funny if I turned around and put stuff inside package and gave to him how does he kow what is inside??? That is proof he was inside my package. He also stated I turned my back and SEALED the package again how would he know the contents? [redacted] company did mot steal my contents he is so guilty just through his statement! Also this is a small store in a local city while I was there one customer came in and didnt even do business he said hello to this guy and tlked a cple min and left. He is the only one there. There was no other packages or container with numerous packages it appears this is a very slow establishment. I work for the [redacted] police department I would never and never have in my life filed a complaint it is not the principle more so than anything else that as a customer I should feel confident and have my mail get to my family untouched. I walked in he is very overweight so he couldnt stand to greet me he never said a word as I walked in he was very sloppy long un kept hair abd I felt very uncomfortable but it was late I had no other options because it was prescriptions for my husbands heart so yes I did say it was alot because it was a paper prescription cash and about 5 loose [redacted] pills. Which he charged me around 60. So the post office usually charges 24.00 overnight so it was definitely too high but I chose to do it. Not knowing he would go inside and steal my stuff my original complaint did say check and if u look it did a second complaint  because I was unaware that auto correct was on and instead of it saying cash itsaid check. He is clearly not telling the truth and if you go on [redacted] and [redacted] look at reviews I should of done this first he has ALL BAD REVIEWS! Thank you[redacted] .
