[redacted] Massachusetts to repair the toilet, when we repaired the toilet we informed him if there were any issues with the toilet to please let us know so we could address any issues and repair them as needed. He called us back at the end of August to inform us that there were damages to his ceiling below and that it was caused by the toilet, at which time I informed him that we could certainly come out and repair the damages for him, if it was due to anything that we did, but if it was not due to any workmanship done by our company I would have to charge him to do any repairs that he wished to have done. He did not take kindly to this news. He wanted us to come out and repair all his damages at no cost. I informed him that we would come and take a look at the damages, and address what caused the issues. If it was not due to any workmanship done by our company then I would give him an estimate to repair the damages. He got hostile with me over the phone and demanded that he would not pay any money to repair his ceiling. I am formed him that there is no reason to get hostile, I assured him if the damages were done due to any workmanship we would fix it at no cost to him, but also making ourselves clear that if it was not due to our repair then I would give him a price to do said repairs. He was very dissatisfied and hung up the phone on us.To this day I have still not had any phone calls returned, even after many attempts, and now we are getting emails from the Revdex.com?Please email me back with any thoughts or concerns or feel free to call us in the office at [redacted]. I would love to see how we can reconcile this situation. Our goal as a company is to try and make every customer satisfied at the end of the day. We know that a bad reputation can go a long way, which is why we strive to make our customers as happy as possible. It really dissatisfies me to see an upset customer that I cannot make happy and want to spread our name to his friends and family.
