Review: Having Neighborly Pest Mgmt. to identify and solve the phorid/drain fly infestation (for nearly 3-mos.) resulted in misidentification and an unsatisfactory solution to the problem. After a week of their PROPER ID of the bug, Neighborly continues to follow a fruit fly protocol.In closing out their service, I provided a chronologic background to the 60+ day infestation. Drain flies aren't FUN to live with (my complaint) I only asked them not to charge me for these months & cancel my service. And, to post my complaint of their management result(s).Desired Settlement: Refund of my service fees & complete cancellation, retro to October 2015.
